SHIPPING POLICY

Fulfillment & Origin: 
All orders placed on Thai Must Haves are processed, safely packed, and dispatched directly from our regional distribution inventory hub in Thailand. 

Processing Times:
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and Thai public holidays). Once your package is handed over to the postal courier, a tracking link will be automatically generated and sent to your email.

Estimated Delivery Windows:
• United Kingdom: 7 to 12 business days via Tracked ePacket.
• United States: 8 to 14 business days via Tracked ePacket.
• Mainland China: 5 to 9 business days via Cross-Border Express.
• Rest of the World: 10 to 18 business days depending on localized postal handling.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:
For our UK and Western consumers, orders are safely sent in lightweight personal-use parcels that generally fall entirely below local customs tariff thresholds. However, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Any unexpected localized customs duties, import clearance fees, or taxes levied once a shipment reaches your country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
